A TV anime adaptation of the Ojisan wa Kawaii Mono ga Osuki manga has been announced with a 2026 premiere date and a teaser visual drawn by creator Tsutomu. LIDENFILMS is the animation production studio.
The comedy is about a 42-year-old, who looks cool and is reliable at work, but has a secret: he loves cute things. The manga debuted in 2017 and is serialized on the FlexComix-operated COMIC Polaris site.
11 volumes of the Ojisan wa Kawaii Mono ga Osuki manga have been released as of February 2025. There’s a live-action drama adaptation.
