An innocent woman was in a coma Wednesday after a stranger slammed her to the ground and pummeled her in a random Williamsburg attack, police said.

The 46-year-old was walking near Division Avenue and Rodney Street around 6 a.m. Tuesday when her unknown attacker came up from behind and threw her to the ground, police said.

Shocking surveillance video shows the assailant punch her at least six times in the face and body as he kneels beside her.

The attacker then tries to pull down the woman’s pants as she lies dazed on the sidewalk, but he took off toward Keap Street, cops said.
