A TV anime adaptation of The World’s Strongest Witch: I’m Starting My Free Life in a World Where Only I Can See the Online Strategy Guide light novels has been announced with an October 2026 broadcast start window. A teaser trailer and teaser visual were released as well.
Joji Furuta (The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments) is directing the anime, which is being produced by Bridge and its subsidiary Aisle. The character designs are from Yuki Morimoto.
Azusa Tachibana is voicing protagonist Lorna, a witch who discovers the power of her “Internet” skill.

The World’s Strongest Witch: I’m Starting My Free Life in a World Where Only I Can See the Online Strategy Guide (Seikai Saikyo no Majo, Hajimemashita ~Watashi dake “Koryaku Site” o Mireru Sekai de Jiyu ni Ikimasu~) light novels are written by Mochimaru Sakaki and illustrated by riritto. Square Enix publishes the series under the SQEX Novel label/imprint, with five volumes as of 2025. Volume 1 was released in December 2022.
The series has inspired a Kodansha-published manga by Tamaki Toga. The story began as a Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel in May 2022
Yen Press describes the light novel series’ synopsis as such:
When Lorna manifests a completely useless ability, she’s labeled an embarrassment to her family and kicked out of the house. With no money or food, she’s about to hit rock bottom. But then, she figures out how to use her supposedly worthless SSS-Rank skill, “Internet.” This cheat-level talent gives her the know-how to gather an unlimited amount of valuable items and easily acquire rare equipment. Armed with godlike knowledge, Lorna’s free to do anything she wants! If only she could figure out what “lmfao” means…
