The NYPD has made a third arrest in the death of a man found wrapped in plastic and dumped on the roof of a Bronx McDonald’s, police said Wednesday.

Angel Andino, 22, was picked up by the Bronx Warrant Squad at the corner of Surf and Seabreeze avenues in Coney Island last Thursday night, according to police and sources.

Andino was charged with murder after he admitted to his role in the killing of Richard Hamlet on July 15, sources said.

Hamlet was found by cops at the fast-food joint on East 149th Street near Grand Concourse after a 911 caller reported an unconscious man on the roof.

Jonathan Rodriguez, 21, Ayame Stamoulis, 18, were previously charged with murder in the days after Hamlet’s death.
