Who can still remember the shrill daily “Pokito TV” magazine on RTL II? We flash back to when Luffy voice actor Daniel Hose was loaded.

Every day at 3 p.m., the kids and teens on RTL II were allowed to get high from the “Pokito TV” presenters for years. In good old RTL II fashion, the censorship was glossed over (or faded out) and the topics presented in such a ridiculous way that even a 3-year-old child could understand them. But now and then there were also rays of hope for real anime fans: the voice actors from popular RTL II animes like “One Piece” were invited to the studio. Although each show lasted just under five minutes, there were one or two interesting insights into the otherwise secretive and very well-hidden dubbing industry.

This was also the case in 2005, when Luffy voice actor Daniel hose was a guest. At that time, he still did the dubbing role as a part-time job during his studies. There is also talk about his roles in «Inuyasha» and «Ranma 1/2».
