A new relic visual has been revealed for the Tomb Raider King South Korean animated series, spotlighting Jooheon Suh with terrifying Egyptian gods and mummies. The Japanese dub of the series began broadcasting in Japan on Fuji TV’s B8station programming block on July 8, 2026.
Two previous relic visuals were released on the show’s official X/Twitter account last month.
Seung-Wook Woo is directing the Tomb Raider King animated series and is also credited as the series composer. Hyun-Joung Lee is serving as the character designer, while STUDIO EEK is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the Japanese dub voice cast stars:

- • Saori Hayami as Irene Holton
- • Junichi Suwabe as Taisei Ogawara/Taejoon Kwon
- • Miyu Irino as Kotaro Yanagi/Jaeha Yoo
- • Nobuhiko Okamoto as Noboru Kureha/Seungwoo Oh
The original web novel was written by SAN.G and first published on KakaoPage in November 2016, ending in May 2018. It is available in English on Wuxiaworld and Tapas.
The series was then adapted into a manhwa webtoon series drawn by 3B2S, with REDICE STUDIO’s Yuns credited with the webtoon’s adaptation. It ran for two seasons from June 30, 2019 to March 27, 2023, with 16 total volumes being released. Tapas publishes the webtoon in English digitally, while Yen Press releases the webtoon series in English print.
In Japan, the webtoon series is serialized on Piccoma and Kadokawa publishes the volumes under the MF Comics imprint.
Crunchyroll is streaming the Tomb Raider King animated series in select countries and territories worldwide. It describes the series as:
Chaos ensues overnight when mysterious tombs suddenly surface, filled with divine relics granting overwhelming power, triggering a global power struggle to claim them for dominion. Among the havoc, a raider, Jooheon Suh, is betrayed and left for dead until a second chance brings him back years before the relics. Fueled by fury and future knowledge, he sets out to raid each tomb before they arise.
