Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return Special Edition will launch for PlayStation 5, Switch 2, Switch, and PC via Steam on December 15 for $19.99, publisher Limited Run Games and developer Whoopee Camp announced. The Switch 2 version is newly announced, and is cross-buy with the Switch version. The previously announced PlayStation 4 version is no longer planned.

Tomba! 2 was first published back in 1999, and is triumphantly returning in this jam-packed Special Edition release, containing the following features:
- Save Anywhere! There’s no longer any need to make frequent trips to save points.
- Rewind! If you miss a jump or get hit, no problem, you can try again!
- A museum chock full of classic original packaging and manuals, advertisements, merchandise photos, previously unseen game design documents, and high resolution original artwork
