Wild footage shows a speeding driver in the Bronx crashing into a cyclist, a pedestrian and a food cart on Wednesday — ultimately sending seven people to the hospital, according to officials.

Dashcam footage posted by @NYScanner captured the moment the driver shot through the bustling intersection of Fordham Road and Jerome Avenue shortly after noon, per FDNY and NYPD officials.

The driver enters the frame heading east on Fordham Road — then veers into the crosswalk of the intersection under the elevated tracks of the 4 subway line.

The car hits a pedestrian and a cyclist in the crosswalk —  while narrowly missing several more crossing the street —  before jumping the curb of Jerome Avenue, slamming head-first into an SUV parked at the curb that careened into a food cart on the sidewalk.

The force of the collision was strong enough to push the parked vehicle onto the curb and knock the food cart on its side.

Incredibly, both the pedestrian and bike rider can be seen getting to their feet after being sent face-first into the road.

Seven people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, the FDNY said.

Police said they took the 43-year-old male driver was taken into custody.

The MTA was forced to detour its local Bx32 service around the crash scene.
