WIT STUDIO is teasing a new original anime directed by Takashi Katagiri (Spy x Family: Code White director, Spy x Family Season 1 and Bubble co-assistant director). A countdown to June 28, 4PM JST began last week.
An illustration of a girl and a structure was recently released.
WIT STUDIO’s previously produced original works include Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, Bubble, Great Pretender, The Grimm Variations, Moonrise, and this year’s Love Through a Prism.
The animation studio, a consolidated subsidiary of IG Port that was founded in 2012 and is led by George Wada, was the animation production studio for a number of recent animated music videos, including “numb numb” (by TAK feat. Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto) and “STAR TRAIL” (by VTuber agency StelLive).
