EVA-01 from EVA GLOBAL Is Highly Detailed and Ready to Fight

 

There’s a brand new Eva toy for your shelf, and she’s ready to fight!

 

The figure hails from EVA GLOBAL, a shop teaming up with figure makers to offer exclusive Evangelion goods for fans all over the world. The line previously released a 1/7 scale figure of Shikinami Asuka Langley, and has also announced entry plug interior figures of Rei and Asuka to be released in February. The new EVA-01 is produced in collaboration with Sentinel Co., Ltd.

 

 

The figure stands about 170mm tall, and is produced from a prototype by Hiroyuki Komatsubara of studio RECKLESS. It features 22 points of articulation and translucent green details. Plus, it comes with extra hands for posing, and an arsenal that includes the Progressive Knife, Pallet Rifle, and Spear of Longinus.

 

 

Pre-orders are now open for the figure, which will be released in August 2020. Figures are 9,900 yen each.
