Kim Kardashian Shows Off Text-Inspired Necklace from Kanye West -BB
Kim Kardashian showed off a text-inspired necklace from her husband Kanye West. The two are always spoiling one another with lavish gifts, but this one seems to have sentimental value.
Since Keeping Up with the Kardashians aired in 2007, Kim was shot into stardom and has been entertaining reality TV audiences ever since. The beauty mogul married rapper Kanye West in 2014 in a ceremony abroad, the two currently have four children together, and she recently launched her shapewear collection, Skims. Part of Kim’s appeal is that she’s always been very open and honest with her following about her products and which products she chooses to endorse.
According to People, West showered his wife, Kim, with an elaborate gift in the form of a personalized necklace. Kim took to social media to show followers the custom-made necklace that her husband had made for her. The necklace was made out of a romantic text message that he had once sent his wife. Kim wrote on Instagram that if fans looked closely at the picture, they could see it was from an old text. According to the aspiring lawyer, her husband had taken a vintage Cartier gold plaque necklace and had the words etched on it. In the post, Kim also shared the original text message in a picture of her looking out her mansion window.
The 42-year-old rapper has given Kim some over-the-top gifts in the past, such as a hand-painted Hermes Birkin bag for her birthdays and donating to one of her favorite charities. Fans of the couple will recall that back in September, Kim decided to give viewers a glimpse inside her husband’s texts while she was appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Kim revealed a message that Kanye had sent when they had first bought their ranch in Wyoming, reflecting on how much it will one day mean to them.
The famous couple and their children are currently splitting their time between their ranch in Wyoming – which they have dubbed “West Lake” – and their home in Los Angeles. Both Kim and Kanye have raved about spending time out in Wyoming, as it’s a peaceful getaway from their busy lives. The general public is well aware of the Kardashian/West family’s day-to-day ups and downs – whether they’re devoted fans or not – so it’s always a pleasant break from the drama to see that their marriage appears to be doing just fine.
