Shield Hero’s Naofumi Join the Otherworldly Class in New Isekai Quartet2 TV Anime Trailers

The Isekai Quartet – now quintet – returns in the Isekai Quartet2 TV anime with some brand new transfer students joining the class. Two new trailers featuring Shield Hero’s Naofumi entrance was released on December 24, showing off some of his early antics at the school of Isekai.

The characters from The Rising of the Shield Hero will be joining those from Saga of Tanya the Evil, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, KONOSUBA -God’s blessing on this wonderful world!, and Overlord in some schoolyard fun when the series premieres on January 14 in Japan. The main staff and cast from the first season return for the second season of the collaborative show.

Crunchyroll streamed the first season as it aired in Japan, and will be streaming the new season in Winter 2020.
