Akane Kumada Shows Off Ingenuous Performance in Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga OP Song MV

On her official Twitter, she says this is her Christmas gift for her fans. Lantis‘ official YouTube channel has started streaming a four-minute full music video for 19-year-old voice actress Akane Kumada’s solo singer debut single song „Sunny Sunny GIrl◎“ to be released on January 29, 2020.

The song will be featured as the OP theme for the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Una Megurogawa’s comedy manga Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga to premiere in Japan on January 10, 2020.

Kumada is the Grand Prix winner of the „ANISONG STARS“ audition in 2017, when she was 17. Her first anime role with a name was Ellen in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (2018), and her first leading role is Izumi Shibusawa in the ongoing Chidori RSC. She is also cast as Ichiko Oda in Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga, an ordinary high school girl who is the owner of the protagonist dog Cinnamon.

The TV anime Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga is set to premiere in Japan on January 10, 2020, and is also set to be simulcast on Crunchyroll for its members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East. 

Synopsis: 

The Warring States Period is a time of feuding warlords. Oda Nobunaga, the greatest of them all, is reborn in modern-day Japan… as a shiba-inu! The other generals of the era, too, have also inexplicably been reborn as dogs. Their warring states rivalry will resume at the dog park!
