“#Code Geass Will Announce a 'New Project' on December 5”
The official Twitter account of Code Geass announced yesterday that the producers of the hit anime franchise will be revealing the next Code Geass project on a YouTube live stream on December 5 at 8 PM Japan Time.

While not much is known about the upcoming "Code Geass New Project Presentation," producer Kojiro Taniguchi said at Sakura-Con in 2019 that the latest anime film, Lelouch of the Re;surrection, is only "phase one" of the current 10-year plan for the franchise. The anime film made 1.1 billion yen (US$10.59 million) in the Japanese box office run in 2019, making it a solid opening to the next phase of Code Geass.
